160 pages of juicy gossip and photographs of some of the most notorious rock&roll band-aids, lovers and freakers. Including tales of the infamous Plaster Casters and the GTO's, east vs. west coast groupies and the top-ten groupie hang-outs... each page dripping with heart-throbbing details and dirty rockstar deeds.
Although not all of these photographs made it into the book, I couldn't help but share the whole groupie series captured by Rolling Stone chief photog, Baron Wolman. These band-loving babes put so much effort into their backstage appearance, it's easy to see how they played a vibrant role in the 1960's rock&roll scene.
